True-evil.net news:
FTP will not be available much longer...
... since I've decided to move to SCP/SFTP. All your accounts will work like before, so no worries there, you'll just have to use something like WinSCP for your file transfers from now on.
Pfffffft
Okay, that's it, I'm going to sleep.
I was testing the webmail, and I forgot to use the full email address as the user name!. So it appears that everything is in order, after all.

Mail problems
Our webmail isn't quite working right now, for some reason. I suspect it's one or more apache settings I've changed lately -- don't worry -- your mails are still delivered, the mail server itself is running smoothly, it's just our little squirrel that doesn't want to cooperate.
I'm on the case.
[update 22:21] Nope, it's not Squirrel that's the problem -- it's the IMAP server which is used by the webmail. Mail clients that use POP3 should continue to receive mail normally, and all you that use webmail will get their mails as soon as the situation is sorted out.
